WIP: Hook system

This is a draft implementation for #205

Still to be investigated / implemented :

• have a convention that hooks starting with GET_JSON expect a json on stdout and will attempt to load it as a proper datastructure
• if stderr is not empty, assume that it's not expected and send the info to the admin by email to ask them to investigate
